- Prepare and submit major shareholding, long/short position disclosures, and takeover panel reports across global jurisdictions.
- Monitor regulatory thresholds and reporting triggers, ensuring timely submission within strict market deadlines.
- Stay updated with regulatory changes impacting ownership reporting obligations.
- Conduct in-depth due diligence to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Safeguard clients and organization from risks using expertise and care.
- Collaborate with teams across the bank to align and integrate operational processes.
- Identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations in operational processes.
- Develop and implement operational procedures and controls to mitigate risks and maintain operational efficiency.
- Develop reports and presentations on operational performance and communicate findings to internal senior stakeholders.
- Identify industry trends and developments to implement best practice in banking operations.
- Participate in projects and initiatives to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Requirements
- Strong experience in Major Shareholding Reporting / Short & Long Position Reporting / Takeover Panel Reporting.
- Hands-on knowledge of Python and SQL (good to have).
- Solid understanding of global equity markets and regulatory disclosure frameworks.
- Strong attention to detail, ownership mindset, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong team player, self-starter with positive attitude.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment, meet tight deadlines with a good sense of urgency and accountability.
