Role Overview

Vice President Investments

Key Responsibilities

• Source and evaluate high-quality investment opportunities across companies focus sectors
• Lead deal evaluation including

  financial modeling, valuation, due diligence, market and competitive analysis

• Prepare investment memos and present insights to the Investment Committee
• Support deal structuring, negotiations, and transaction documentation
• Work closely with portfolio companies on

  strategy, growth initiatives, and governance

• Build relationships with founders, co-investors, advisors, and ecosystem stakeholders
• Represent company at industry events, founder forums, and investor networks
• Manage and mentor a small team of investment analysts
• Collaborate with Partners on fund strategy and portfolio scaling initiatives

Candidate Profile

• Engineering degree from a

  Tier-1 institution

  (IITs / BITS / NITs preferred)

• 5–10 years

  of relevant experience in

  Venture Capital, Private Equity, Growth Equity, Investment Banking, Equity Research, or tech-focused advisory roles

• Strong analytical capabilities with a solid understanding of

  financial concepts, valuation frameworks, and deal structuring

• Exposure to

  technology-driven businesses

  (B2B SaaS, HealthTech, Cleantech, Enterprise Tech preferred)
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• High integrity, strong work ethic, and a continuous learning attitude
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
