Purpose of the Role

To lead the Finance & Accounts function for providing strategic financial guidance and playing a pivotal role in shaping the company's long-term financial roadmap. The role entails overseeing taxation, MIS, forecasting, budgeting, and banking relationships, ensuring robust governance and financial discipline.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and manage

   Direct & Indirect Taxation

   for the Group, ensuring full compliance.
2. Prepare and monitor

   budgets, forecasts, and MIS reports

   to support strategic decision-making.
3. Manage

   banking relationships

   , loan portfolios, and overall debt facilities.
4. Develop and present the

   annual operating plan and financial budgets

   aligned with the companys strategic vision.
5. Design and implement

   internal controls and financial systems

   to ensure integrity and efficiency.
6. Strengthen

   internal control mechanisms

   and drive continual improvement.
7. Define and monitor

   key performance indicators (KPIs)

   to drive financial and operational performance.
8. Build and mentor a high-performing

   finance and accounts team

   through training and development.
9. Formulate effective

   tax strategies

   to optimize tax planning and ensure compliance.
10. Evaluate the

    financial viability of new projects

    and support investment decisions.
11. Recommend capital structuring options and strategies to

    maximize ROI

12. Oversee the preparation of

    financial statements and MD&A

    (monthly, interim, annual).
13. Ensure timely certifications and compliance under applicable laws.
    
14. Coordinate annual and special

    audits with external auditors

Qualification & Experience

• Chartered Accountant (CA)

• Experience

  :
• 10+ years in core Finance & Accounting roles
  
• Minimum 5 years in the

  Real Estate sector

• Strong leadership skills with proven experience in

  managing teams

• Comfortable working in a

  fast-paced, evolving environment

• Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
