Job Description

Role Overview: As the VP of Global Delivery Centre (GDC) & Shared Services at Adobe Customer Solutions (ACS), you will lead a team of 1200+ professionals to drive strategic transformation, ensure operational excellence, and scale delivery capabilities to support business growth worldwide. Your role is pivotal in delivering complex, multi-region projects with high customer satisfaction, fostering innovation, and developing high-performing teams. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the Global Delivery Centre and Shared Services teams to deliver complex projects with high customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. - Drive strategic account focus by reviewing top accounts for business impact, pipeline, quality, and executive relationships. - Ensure delivery excellence by maintaining >95% green status on key projects, implementing early warning systems for project risks, and overseeing quality governance. - Champion innovation through GenAI adoption, drive collaboration with Engineering groups, and scale engineering PODs to support emerging technologies. - Manage scale and capacity through effective resource planning, optimize cost management, evaluate partner delivery models, and ensure margin targets are met. - Continuously develop talent, build high-performance teams, establish a strong leadership bench, and foster a culture of excellence. - Foster customer intimacy through strategic account management, address customer challenges, lead global initiatives, and engage with implementation partners. - Enable teams to build strong storytelling competencies, centralize capacity, bench, and skill management, drive process improvements, automation, and standard methodologies. - Navigate through ambiguity successfully, create structured speed of response across geos, and monitor performance indicators related to growth acceleration, revenue, customer satisfaction, FTE utilization, GenAI adoption, and employee engagement. Qualification Required: - Experience in global delivery & consulting leadership roles with a proven track record of scaling operations and driving transformation. - Strong expertise in technology enablement, innovation, margin management, and customer management. - Demonstrated ability in managing large teams, developing talent, fostering a culture of excellence, and optimizing costs. - Critical thinking, innovation, collaboration, operational excellence, and customer-centricity are essential strengths for this role.,
