Join us and be part of something extraordinary.We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Full-Stack Engineer to join our Structured Debt team. This role is located in PuneIn this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

• Design, implement, and maintain Dot Net/SQL Server-based applications
• Analytical skills - understanding the business ask first before we kick off with design and development.
• Initiative & Ownership - we want someone who can run with the task and see it through completion, whether it be doing analysis around the ask or testing the app along with other tech teams.
• Follow and add to our defined architecture, technology standards, and best practices for applications, middleware, and databases for development.
• Participate in code reviews and aid in debugging, while continuing to contribute directly to the success of the project deliverables.
• Apply security and privacy design principles and address vulnerabilities.
  

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• 9+ years of professional .NET development (.NET Framework, .NET Core; C# or VB.NET).
• Deep MS SQL Server expertise, including performance tuning.
• Strong front-end experience (JavaScript, Angular or comparable framework).
• Proven experience designing and consuming RESTful web services.
• Solid understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile/Scrum), Jira, Git, code-coverage tools and CI/CD.
• Excellent analytical skills: comfortable scoping business requirements before coding.
• Self-starter mentality with a track record of following a task through analysis, development, testing and delivery.
• Hands-on Java development experience, or willingness to pick it up quickly.
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Exposure to AI tools such as GitHub Copilot.
