Vice President -Debt Execution

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Debt Execution practice and head the department. The role involves end-to-end execution of debt syndication mandates, managing senior stakeholder relationships, and driving financial closure for complex debt transactions. The ideal candidate will bring strong financial acumen, client management expertise, and proven leadership in structuring and executing debt solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead debt syndication mandates across sectors, ensuring smooth execution from origination to financial closure.

• Manage and nurture strong relationships with promoters, CFOs, banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions.

• Conduct in-depth financial analysis, assess creditworthiness, and structure suitable debt solutions (working capital, term loans, project finance, structured/structured finance).

• Oversee preparation of pitch books, lender presentations, financial models, and investor materials.

• Negotiate and coordinate with lenders/investors to achieve closure within defined timelines.

• Drive team performance by mentoring, guiding, and managing the department’s execution mandates.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks and internal risk management standards.

• Represent the firm in key client meetings, presentations, and industry forums.

Key Requirements:

• 10–15 years of proven experience in debt syndication and execution across diverse sectors.

• Strong expertise in financial structuring, credit analysis, and transaction execution.

• Demonstrated track record of end-to-end deal closure.

• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.

• Ability to lead and mentor a team, with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.

• High level of integrity, client orientation, and result-driven approach

Qualifications:

• MBA (Finance) / CA / CFA or equivalent preferred
