1. Coordination with Government Authorities
Build and maintain strong relationships with municipal corporations, town planning
departments, local police, revenue offices, development authorities, and other
government bodies.
Liaisoning for resolving RERA related issues
Act as the single point of contact between the company and government officials for
all regulatory matters.
Facilitate and expedite building plan approvals, environmental clearances, NOCs,
and utility connections (water, electricity, sewage, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with local municipal laws, zoning regulations, and land acquisition
policies.
• Work closely with the legal team and architects to ensure all paperwork is in order
before submission to authorities.
• Follow up on submitted applications and resolve any bureaucratic hurdles.
Relevant experience of 20+ years in liaisoning with PMC, PCMC, PMRDA,
Fire Department, MPCB, government departments for resolving issues.
Mainly, experience of liaisoning for Approvals & Revenue (Land)
