Position: VP, Wealth Management | Location: Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad | Work Mode: Full-time, on-site (5 days a week) Guardian Capital is seeking an experienced and driven professional to join our leadership team as Vice President – Wealth Management . This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in wealth management, client acquisition, and business development. The selected candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with Chartered Accountants, merchant bankers, B2B partners, and HNI clients. The role also involves leading the Business Development team and coordinating closely with internal teams for portfolio analysis and financial planning. Key Responsibilities: Lead B2B partner acquisition through proactive outreach and in-person meetings Drive B2C client acquisition by prospecting and converting HNI clients Coordinate with internal teams to deliver high-quality client service Manage and mentor the Business Development team Eligibility Criteria: Minimum 4 years of experience with premier banks or top-tier wealth management firms Proven track record in selling Mutual Funds, AIFs, and PMS products to ultra-HNI clients Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred NISM Series VA certification preferred Candidates must have an existing client book they can actively engage on behalf of Guardian Why Join Guardian Capital?
