Position: Vice President – Executive Division Jubliee Hills | Hyderabad | Work from Office (5 days a week) Salary Range: ₹15–₹25 LPA (excluding bonus and incentives) Bond: 2 years Guardian Capital, awarded “Best Investment Advisory Firm across India” by CNBC-TV18, is seeking a driven and strategic professional to join its Executive Division in a senior leadership capacity. About the Role: The Vice President – Executive Division will operate across four key pillars of the business: 1. Client Acquisition Design and implement lead generation strategies Identify prospective clients and new market segments Build trust through clear and timely communication 2. Client Management Develop and maintain long-term client relationships Conduct regular reviews to understand client goals and financial needs Ensure high standards of service and responsiveness 3. Research Monitor the performance of investment portfolios Participate in fund manager discussions to align external views with internal insights 4. Leadership Manage and mentor a team of financial professionals Conduct regular team meetings, track progress, and resolve challenges Ideal Candidate Profile: Master’s degree in Business Administration (Finance or related field preferred) CFA or CFP credentials are preferred Background in Strategy Consulting or Financial Services is highly valued Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience Strong leadership, analytical, and client-facing skills NISM Investment Advisory (XA & XB) are mandatory.
