Position: Vice President, Research | Location: Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad | Work Mode: Full-time, on-site (5 days a week) We are looking for an experienced equity research professional to join us as Vice President – Research at Guardian Capital , an award-winning wealth management firm. About the Role – Vice President, Research As VP – Research, you'll lead critical research and strategic initiatives across equity and portfolio management, driving value for our clients and supporting firm-wide decision-making. Key Responsibilities: 1.Equity Research & Strategy • Conduct deep-dive research across sectors and evaluate investment opportunities • Collaborate on mutual fund and PMS research • Analyze financial data, market trends, and NAV updates • Support the in-house fund manager with company and sectoral insight 2.Team Leadership • Mentor and manage a team of AVPs across Equity, Debt, and Bonds • Enhance research capabilities across verticals Who Should Apply? Minimum 3 years of experience in equity research across sectors Preferred: NISM-Series XXI B certification Strong analytical and leadership skills Excellent communication and fund manager relationship skills Why Guardian Capital?
