- Assist in reviewing vessel crew payrolls
- Coordinate vessel accounts with Superintendents
- Monitor cash to master, vessel cash flows & DA tracking
- Prepare account reconciliations and accruals
- Process crew allotments and related expenses
- Generate financial reports and support cost budgeting
- Handle invoice registration, coding & payments
- Liaise with suppliers and manage documentation
- Assist Accounts Manager with internal accounting duties as required
- Prior experience in shipping/marine accounting
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Hands-on with accounting tools & MS Excel
- Organized, detail-oriented & proactive
