Vessel Performance Manager

Job Description

As a Vessel Performance Manager, you will – • Improve the Energy Efficiency of Vessels by providing them with assistance with regards to Fuel Optimization. • Monitor Bunker Adjustment and monthly payouts to pool partners through the BA system. • Collect and analyze Vessel Performance reports with the objective of highlighting and supporting Vessel Owners Technical Managers in addressing areas for improvement. • Share performance reports with various stakeholders. • Facilitate the development of innovative projects within the organization. • Anticipate weak spots by monitoring incidents and developing dialogues with Vessels and Fleet Groups. An ideal candidate has sailed on sea going vessels as a Chief Engineer, 2nd Engineer, Chief Officer or a Master Mariner with below experience - • Shore Experience in voyage management and/ or Performance management will be beneficial. • Knowledge of Performance systems will be beneficial. • Possess IT skills with good experience in MS Office. • Possess good communication and problem-solving skills with a diligent and organized work approach Show more Show less
