Proven ability to implement process improvements & drive measurable business growth

Sales or Business Development experience or Commercial Excellence experience

Strong knowledge of CRM (e.g. SFDC) and Marketing Automation (e.g. Marketo) platforms.

Passion to influence cross-functional global teams and helping teams win together.

Experience with Kaizen leadership, problem-solving processes (PSP), and daily management systems (VMDM)
