How You'll Make a Difference

• Coach & Empower Teams

  : Act as a hands-on coach and trainer, guiding leaders and associates in using

  VES methodologies

  to drive process improvements.

• Optimize Performance

  : Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, remove roadblocks, and improve key performance indicators (

  KPIs

  ) in commercial growth.

• Champion Problem-Solving

  : Guide teams in leveraging VES tools like

  Kaizen, Problem-Solving Process (PSP), and Daily Management

  to deliver measurable business impact.

• Drive Innovation

  : Partner with the Global Marketing & Commercial Enablement team to implement best-in-class sales and marketing practices.

• Gemba Leadership

  : Work on the frontlines by leading

  Kaizen workshops

  and ensuring the successful and sustained adoption of VES practices.

Essential Requirements

• Education

  : A Bachelor's degree is required.

• Experience

  : At least

  10+ years of work experience

  , with a proven ability to implement process improvements and drive measurable business growth.

• Domain Knowledge

  : Experience in

  Sales, Business Development

  , or

  Commercial Excellence

  .

• Technical Skills

  : Strong knowledge of

  CRM

  (e.g., Salesforce) and

  Marketing Automation

  (e.g., Marketo) platforms. Experience with

  Kaizen leadership, PSP, and Daily Management systems

  is also essential.
