Role Overview: As a Vertical Head at Wizmatrix, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of recruitment and staffing in non-IT domains like FMCG, Consumer Durables, Oil & Gas, Automobiles, Power, Aerospace, etc. Your responsibilities will include managing the Profit & Loss of the Business Unit, demonstrating proactive leadership skills, handling Account Management and Client Management effectively, overseeing end-to-end delivery processes, and providing team training and development to ensure continuous growth. Qualifications Required: - 6-10 years of experience in at least 2 non-IT domains. - A strong track record of success in similar roles. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
