Role & responsibilities Role: Team manager role, would be responsible for bringing in new customers to Companys enterprise offerings Drive a structured Sales and Business Development process making use of various tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoominfo, Lusha, etc. to hunt for probable leads and generate interest. Be responsible for driving a team of high performance and high motivated individuals towards a collective goal Penetrate deep into markets and industries by getting a holistic understanding of the said Perform periodic goal setting exercise for increasing acquisition of new customers into te business expansion opportunities through different me Understand by the requirement from leads different opportunities to improve the Product Market Fit of the client to Enterprise Co-Drive thriving acquisition loops with referrals from existing customers Deputy General Manager - Acquisition is expected to: Develop tools and processes which will empower the team to acquire the right set of customers. Perform periodic goal setting exercise for increasing acquisition of new customers into the company Own end to end lead journey from Total Addressable Market to Acquisition Ideate and come up with ways to continuously improve on below mentioned areas improve the acquisition rate, tools for targeting the right set of clients Keeping the sales collateral updated and relevant to a particular industry by studying the use-case of existing customers in the same industry Assist the Sales team in closure of account in the event of any bottlenecks Min 3-5 years of good B2B Sales SAAS experience is a must Interested candidates, pls email at sushmitha@wizmatrix.com
