Vertical Head

Location- Gurugram

Roles and Responsibilities: Vertical Head (Warehouse, 3PL, and Customer Operations)

• Warehouse Management
• Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations across multiple sites to ensure efficient inventory handling, space utilization, and compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Implement warehouse best practices, automation, and technology-driven solutions to optimize operations and reduce costs.
• Monitor key warehouse KPIs such as order accuracy, inventory turnover, fulfillment speed, and storage costs.
• Third-Party Logistics (3PL) Management
• Manage and coordinate with 3PL partners to ensure timely and cost-effective distribution and transportation.
• Negotiate contracts, define SLAs, and monitor performance of logistics providers.
• Drive cost optimization and continuous improvement initiatives in 3PL operations.
• Customer Interaction & Continuous Improvement
• Act as the point of contact for key customers to understand their requirements, challenges, and service expectations.
• Identify process improvement opportunities based on customer feedback and implement changes to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to co-create tailored logistics or warehousing solutions for strategic clients.
• Team Leadership and Cross-Functional Coordination
• Lead a team of professionals, including warehouse managers, industrial engineers, and logistics designers.
• Foster a culture of performance, innovation, and accountability within the team.
• Mentor team members and oversee training and development to enhance technical and leadership capabilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per month
