Job Summary:

The Vertical Head for the Modular Kitchen Segment at Tranceform assumes a pivotal role in managing every facet of the kitchen segment. This encompasses client management, design supervision, meticulous site installation planning, and driving sales growth initiatives.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

• Client Management:
• Monitor client walk-ins and maintain effective communication to understand their requirements.
• Plan and execute outreach strategies to reach new premium clients and expand the customer base.
• Design Supervision:
• Oversee the design process, ensuring functional, aesthetically pleasing designs that meet client expectations.
• Provide guidance and support to the design team, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
• Site Installation Planning and Execution:
• Develop comprehensive plans for site installation activities, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors.
• Supervise site execution to ensure timely completion, quality workmanship, and adherence to safety protocols.
• Sales Growth:
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying opportunities for revenue growth and market expansion.
• Implement strategies to increase project sales and achieve sales targets.
• Display Maintenance:
• Ensure the showroom display is updated with multiple options catering to diverse client needs.
• Coordinate with the design and procurement teams to procure and showcase new products and designs.
• Collaboration with Departments:
• Collaborate with sales, design, purchase, accounts, warehouse, and support teams to streamline operations.
• Provide support and guidance to cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with departmental goals and objectives.
• Budget Control:
• Identify external vendors and negotiate contracts to control project costs and maintain profitability.
• Monitor department budgets and expenditures, ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost management.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their concerns and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Resolve escalated issues promptly and proactively, demonstrating a commitment to excellent customer service.
• Project Documentation:
• Ensure accurate documentation of project plans, schedules, and communications for reference and reporting purposes.
• Generate reports on project progress, sales performance, and client feedback for management review.

· Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering

Other Educational Qualifications:

· Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and design software

Experience:

· 11 to 14 years of experience in the industry, with hands-on experience in handling high-end and big-budget projects.
