Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the recruitment function for the Industrial vertical in the North Region.
Develop and implement business strategies to acquire new clients in the industrial/manufacturing sector.
Actively participate in client-facing meetings, proposal presentations, and onboarding discussions.
Build strong relationships with HR leaders and decision-makers across client organizations.
Drive lead generation through market mapping, networking, and industry research.
Ensure high-quality execution of recruitment mandates through collaboration with the internal delivery team.
Monitor and manage vertical-specific revenue and profitability (P&L responsibility).
Analyse vertical performance data and take corrective actions as needed to meet targets.
Mentor and guide a team of recruiters working under the vertical.
