Hands on experience of various QA/ QC activities. Familiarity with Core tools is necessary. Lead Auditor in ISO 9001:2008 based QMS will be an added advantage. Qualified Internal auditor for ISO/TS 16949:2009 would be additional advantage. Experience in third party audits would also be an added advantage.
