Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Experience Executive located in Mumbai. The Customer Experience Executive will handle day-to-day tasks related to customer satisfaction, support, and service. They will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience through effective communication and analytical skills.

• Prior experience in logistics or warehousing is a plus
