Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bhiwandi for a Health and Safety Supervisor. The Health and Safety Supervisor will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining safety programs to ensure a safe work environment. Day-to-day tasks include conducting risk assessments, investigating incidents, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and providing training to employees. Additionally, the role involves regular inspections, safety audits, and collaborating with management to enforce health and safety policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Health & Safety Management, Risk Assessment, and Compliance.
• Knowledge of Safety Regulations and Incident Investigation procedures
• Proficiency in conducting Safety Training and Safety Audits
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Marathi is required (preference will be given to local candidates)
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the logistics or warehousing industry is a plus
• Bachelor's or relavant degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or related field
