Mandatory Requirement:

• Experience in onboarding, KYC, or compliance (preferably in VC, NBFC, Fintech, or BFSI).
• Strong understanding of startup legal documents and financial structures.
• Familiarity with SEBI and AIF regulations (preferred).
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs) and basic CRM systems.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential data.

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

• Review and verify KYC documents for startups, founders, and investors (PAN, Aadhaar, incorporation docs, etc.).
• Validate legal and financial documents such as shareholder agreements, MoUs, and term sheets.
• Manage end-to-end onboarding of startups and investors, ensuring all documentation and disclosures are complete.
• Ensure compliance with SEBI, RBI, and AIF guidelines; escalate discrepancies to compliance/legal teams.
• Act as point of contact for founders/investors during onboarding, coordinating with internal teams and third-party vendors.
• Maintain proper recordkeeping as per regulatory and internal audit norms.
• Prepare and update MIS reports, CRM records, and support audit requirements.

Qualification and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Law, Finance, or related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in onboarding, KYC, or compliance within VC, NBFC, Fintech, or BFSI.
• Prior experience in VC, PE, or startup ecosystem preferred.
• Knowledge of AML/KYC compliance tools or platforms is an advantage.
