We are a growing agency working exclusively with Interior Designers, helping them turn leads into high-value clients. We are looking for a smart, detail-oriented, and dedicated coordinator to manage interior design lead verification, requirement gathering, and appointment booking.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive leads from the in-house lead generation team and initiate prompt follow-up calls.

• Verify lead details such as contact information, project requirements, budget, and timelines.

• Collect and record complete client requirements for interior design projects.

• Schedule appointments between clients and the interior design team, ensuring both are well-informed.

• Maintain and regularly update the master lead tracking sheet (Excel/Google Sheets).

• Follow up with clients to maintain communication and engagement.

• Ensure smooth coordination and timely communication between clients and the design team

. • Represent the brand professionally during all client interactions.

Requirements

• Experience in telecalling, client coordination, or lead management (experience in interior design or real estate preferred).

• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (Gujarati is a plus).

• Good organizational and data management skills (especially in Excel/Google Sheets).

• Ability to manage multiple leads while maintaining communication quality.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
