Department: Operations / Events Designation: Venue Executive Salary: 20000 - 25000Location: J Block , opposite J-33 , South Delhi Extension Part - I Colony.*Job Summary:*The Venue Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the venue, ensuring smooth execution of events, maintaining the facility, and providing exceptional customer service. This role involves coordinating with internal teams, clients, and vendors to maximize venue utilization and profitability while maintaining high standards of safety and guest experience.*Key Responsibilities:*1. Operations & Facility ManagementOversee day-to-day operations of the venue, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and functionality of all areas.Coordinate maintenance, housekeeping, and security teams to ensure venue readiness.Manage vendor relationships (cleaning, catering, technical, etc.).2. Event CoordinationLiaise with clients to understand event requirements and ensure smooth planning and execution.Oversee event setup, logistics, and post-event breakdown.Handle last-minute changes or emergencies during events professionally.3. Financial ManagementMonitor budgets, track expenses, and optimize cost efficiency.Prepare reports on revenue, occupancy, and profitability.Identify opportunities to increase bookings and upsell venue services.4. Customer ServiceAct as the primary point of contact for clients and guests.Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly.Ensure a high standard of hospitality and professionalism by all venue staff.5.
