Venue Executive

Venue Executive – Hyderabad, Indore

We’re looking for a dynamic Venue Executives to take ownership of one of India’s fastest-growing Padel & Pickleball venues. You’ll lead a team, drive business performance, and create a community that lives and breathes sport.

⚙️ Your Mission

Run day-to-day club operations with excellence — from bookings to cleanliness to on-ground experience.

This role will soon transition to city manager.

Ensure every visitor walks in with excitement and walks out smiling.

Keep Pi Play’s tech, service, and energy consistent across every shift.

Operational Support

Maintain world-class court conditions and ensure the club looks picture-perfect at all times.

Track attendance, rainouts, and feedback while keeping the venue audit-ready.

Team & Leadership

- Support the Club Manager in coordinating housekeeping and on-ground staff.

- Lead small initiatives — weekend events, player sign-ups, or coaching support.

- Build leadership skills through hands-on learning, daily huddles, and team communication.

Business Learning

- Understand how club revenues are driven through bookings, coaching, and events.

- Learn to track performance metrics and create simple daily reports.

- Brainstorm local ideas to boost player engagement and visibility.

Marketing & Events

- Help plan and execute tournaments, leagues, and corporate activations.

- Capture photos, videos, and stories to showcase the club’s energy on social media.

- Engage with players and promote upcoming sessions and offers.

Player Experience

- Welcome and guide players with enthusiasm and professionalism.

- Help first-timers feel comfortable and convert them into regulars.

- Manage local WhatsApp groups and ensure updates reach players smoothly.

🧠 Who You Are

1–2 years of experience in operations / hospitality / sports management.

Confident person who takes ownership and loves being on the floor.

Comfortable with numbers, reporting, and using tech platforms.

Passionate about sports, people, and building communities.
