Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key vendors to foster collaboration and ensure alignment on business objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Cultivating strong, positive relationships with key vendors - Negotiating favorable contract terms and service agreements - Managing and administering contracts to ensure compliance - Monitoring and evaluating vendor performance - Resolving any issues or disputes with vendors - Collaborating with internal teams to align vendor activities with company objectives - Identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements - Ensuring compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements - Conducting regular performance reviews with vendors Qualification Required: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proven negotiation skills - Experience in contract management - Problem-solving and analytical skills - Organizational skills - Proficiency in vendor management software - Experience in procurement or supply chain management Additional Details: This is a full-time position with day and morning shifts available. The role requires 2 years of fluent English communication experience, as well as 5 years of experience in brand and supplier coordination, vendor relationship executive, and brand and vendor coordination. The work location is in person.,
