Job Description

Market complaint & COPQ Data Analysis.
Prepare the MIS Preparation.
Concerned Fan Vendor Outsourced Performance.
Adherence of BIS & fans applicable compliance
Quality initiatives at Vendors end, Quality Circle, Daily work manager, Improvement projects based on data analysis.
Responsible to improve service quality Closure of All service feedback, RCA and Corrective action at Vendor end to Improve the product Quality.
Products testing and validation for ensuring Quality and reliability.
Effective and efficient response for customer complaints
Drive & complete the Key Projects assigned him to improve the Product Performance rate.
NPD Quality- Working with Design and Innovation team for effective NPD, Test

specification, Adherence of the specification to meet the Business Requirements on time.

Failed product Root Cause analysis and CAPA Closure.
New product development process monitoring and PPAP batch inspection and clearance.
Enhance the quality infrastructure (Test labs, capable measurement equipment)
Monitoring of Control Plan, PFMEA, WI, Process audits, Product audits, PDI. In coming inspection, In process inspection
Improve score card through Q. Improvement of Vendor end by Increasing their score of PDI, VQP & PPR & COPQ.
Responsible to Conduct the VQP audit for vendor as per Annual Schedule & do the follow up for the Audit findings.
Vendor Quality Performance Audit & N100 for new Vendor Onboard & do the follow up for the Audit findings.
Drive the continual improvement at Vendor end.
Make the monthly Deck for assigned vendor to evaluate his performance.
NPD products PPR should be Less than 2% for his assigned vendors.
Require frequent travelling different Vendor & Market visit.
