Role & responsibilities The Medical Representatives (MR) will be responsible for driving the sales of BeatO Glucometers and CGMs by onboarding General Practitioners (GPs)/ MD doctors who dispense products directly from their clinics and Pharmaceutical Stores. The role involves building and managing strong relationships with doctors and Pharmaceutical Stores and to promote and increase the adoption of our glucometers and CGMs through direct engagement and sales activities. Key Responsibilities: Onboard dispensing GP, MD doctors and pharmaceutical stores each month for BeatO Glucometer and CGMs sales. Achieve the monthly sales target of BeatO Glucometers and CGMs via doctor clinics and pharmaceutical stores. Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors and pharmaceutical stores to increase product visibility and penetration. Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for doctors and pharmaceutical stores and their staff to ensure proper usage and understanding of BeatO Glucometers and CGMs. Regularly visit doctor clinics and Pharmacy to monitor product performance, gather feedback, and provide solutions to enhance sales. Develop and implement strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute campaigns tailored to the needs of doctors and their patients. Prepare and submit regular sales reports, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. Proven 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the medical or healthcare sector. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with doctors and healthcare professionals.
