Vendor Management Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the

  end-to-end subcontract recruitment process

  through staffing vendors
• Coordinate with vendors and recruitment consultants for active requirements
• Share job requirements, follow up on submissions, and track candidate progress
• Maintain strong relationships with existing vendors and onboard new partners as required
• Support candidate

  onboarding, documentation, and compliance activities

• Track engagements, closures, and vendor performance metrics
• Maintain accurate recruitment and vendor records in internal trackers
• Act as a point of contact between internal teams and external partners

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Basic understanding of recruitment or staffing processes
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills
• Good verbal and written communication
• Ability to manage multiple vendors and priorities
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic documentation
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Preferred Profile:

• 6 months experience in

  recruitment coordination / vendor management / staffing operations

• Exposure to subcontract or vendor-based hiring is an advantage
• Candidates comfortable working from office in Pune

Compensation:

• CTC:
