Vendor Management

Responsibilities:

Developing and sustaining long-standing relationships with company-approved vendors.

New Vendor Empanelment with all compliance to process and system requirements.

Meeting with suitable vendors to assess their Skill Capability, inquire about their services, negotiate pricing, and communicate contextual concerns as and when required.

Conducting research on available vendors to determine which vendors offer the best pricing and quicker TAT in different countries where I3L needs business support.

Implementing vendor assessment, selection and onboarding programs to ensure that the best vendors are onboarded as per standard business practices of ITC Infotech.

Establish and implement standards by which to assess the performance of approved vendors.

Evaluating current vendor management programs and identifying ways to improve them.

Continually monitoring 3PT duration, trend and take action to reduce number of 3 PTs.

Ensure all Vendor payments are processed on time.

Prepare Work order approval note, PO Requisition and PCN creation for 3PT resources and Vendors.

Preparation and submission of various contracts, Monthly Invoices, Monthly Provisioning requirements, GST reconciliation, etc.

Process payment of new joiner's relocation expenses clearance, joining bonus, referral bonus and notice period buyout.

Arrange approval of all contract management documents.

Ensuring all contract documentation is up to date and maintained in designated repository.

Ensuring contract compliance and renewal as per I3L policies and procedures.

Communicate with internal and external stakeholders in context with 3PT and Vendor management.

Investigate and address contract related issues.

Profile Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, Commerce, Finance or a related field.

Proven experience of working to support Talent Acquisition, Vendor Management, Contractor management and Talent supply chain.

Good understanding of Vendor Payment process.

Proficient in common Microsoft Office applications (Word, excel, PPT).

The ability to multitask effectively and can deliver in a demanding environment.

Strong negotiation, Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Effective written and verbal communication skills.
