We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth. Your primary objective will be to identify potential customers, effectively present our products and services, negotiate deals, close sales, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.

Lead Generation: Proactively identify and research potential clients through various channels including networking, cold calling, online platforms, and industry events.
Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations tailored to the needs of each client.
Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both new and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing the deal, including negotiation of terms and follow-up.
Market Research: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and improve the sales strategy.
Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and effective communication of customer needs.
Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in Insurance & Sales
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
A proactive and goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
