Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. The candidate will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and field visits.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements and present appropriately to make a sale.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/services.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving processes.
  • Provide after-sales support to enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to learn about products and services quickly.
  • Graduation in any stream (Bachelor's degree preferred).
