Job Description

We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans, managing a team of sales representatives, and achieving company sales goals. You must be a strong communicator, data-driven, and passionate about building customer relationships and team success. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve business targets. Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics; adjust strategies as needed. Conduct regular sales forecasting and reporting. Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships. This is a field role so the candidate must be comfortable with being on field.
