Job Summary

Vendor Management Executive

Key Responsibilities

Assist in onboarding and maintaining vendor records for import operations.
Coordinate with international vendors for timely order placements, shipment updates, and documentation.
Support in reviewing contracts, purchase orders, and invoices.
Verify accuracy and compliance of import documents (invoices, packing lists, BL/AWB, etc.).
Track shipments and update stakeholders on delivery timelines.
Collaborate with logistics, accounts, and warehouse teams for smooth operations.
Help resolve vendor-related issues and discrepancies.
Maintain vendor performance reports and import activity records.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in
Commerce, International Business, Supply Chain, or related field
.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of
MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
.
Willingness to learn about
import procedures, documentation, and vendor management
.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
