🔹 Key Responsibilities
🤝 Vendor Management
- Identify, evaluate, and establish strong relationships with farmers, wholesalers, and suppliers.
- Ensure a reliable procurement network to meet business demands.
📦 Procurement Planning
- Develop and execute procurement strategies based on seasonal demand and market trends.
- Ensure a consistent supply of fresh, high-quality produce.
✅ Quality Assurance
- Work closely with the quality control team to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Assess product quality and take proactive measures to maintain integrity.
💰 Cost Optimization & Market Analysis
- Negotiate competitive prices while maintaining quality standards.

🔹 Qualifications & Skills
- 🎓 Education: Any degree (Agriculture preferred).
- 📅 Experience: Minimum 6 months in procurement, supply chain, or related roles (Freshers with relevant experience are welcome).
- 📈 Technical Skills: Basic understanding of procurement, supply chain management, and agricultural market trends.
- 🗣️ Soft Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
