Job Description

Role Overview: You are sought after to join as a Veeva CRM Developer at Cognizant. Your role will involve working in IT projects within the Healthcare, Life Sciences, or Biopharma industry. You should have expertise in system administration, configurations, maintenance, or support of Salesforce CRM and Veeva CRM projects. Your responsibilities will include specialization in domain admin and configuration on various Veeva OOB modules, such as Activities, Account Management, Scheduling/Planning, Samples, Products, Multichannel, Engage Meeting, and Event Management. You will also be responsible for trading partners data onboarding, management, analysis, quality, and validation. In addition, you will work on custom Apex Classes, Controller, Apex Triggers, Visual Force Pages, custom APIs, Veeva CRM custom objects, customization/configurations, end-to-end integration, and multi-country rollouts. Your role will encompass software engineering tasks like analysis, design, and implementation of project requirements, as well as preparation of use cases and data modeling. Strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication, and presentation skills are crucial for interacting with customers, handling teams, and keeping stakeholders informed of project status and issue resolutions. Key Responsibilities: - Specialization in domain admin and configuration on various Veeva OOB modules - Trading partners data onboarding, management, analysis, quality, and validation - Work on custom Apex Classes, Controller, Apex Triggers, Visual Force Pages, custom APIs - Handle customization/configurations, end-to-end integration, and multi-country rollouts - Perform software engineering tasks like analysis, design, and implementation of project requirements - Prepare use cases and data modeling - Interact with customers, handle teams, and keep stakeholders informed of project status and issue resolutions Qualifications Required: - 4 to 12 years of experience in IT projects within Healthcare, Life Sciences, or Biopharma industry - Expertise in system administration, configurations, maintenance, or support of Salesforce CRM and Veeva CRM projects - Hands-on experience with Veeva CRM Configurations, Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, Visual Force Pages, and custom APIs - Familiarity with Veeva CRM custom objects, customization/configurations, end-to-end integration, and multi-country rollouts - Strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication, and presentation skills,
