VB.Net Developer

Position Overview: We are looking for a talented and motivated VB.NET Developer with 2–3 years of experience, specifically with expertise in Crystal Reports development and report generation. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building and maintaining Windows-based applications and reporting tools used by internal stakeholders and customers. Key Responsibilities: Develop, enhance, and maintain applications using VB.NET . Design and generate complex reports using Crystal Reports based on business requirements. Integrate Crystal Reports with VB.NET applications. Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, report issues, and performance bottlenecks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, business analysts, and other developers. Assist in database query optimization and report data sourcing. Maintain detailed documentation of code, processes, and reports. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 2–3 years of hands-on experience in VB.NET development. Proven experience in Crystal Reports design and integration. Strong knowledge of SQL Server : stored procedures, views, functions, and complex queries. Good understanding of the .NET Framework and Windows Forms applications. Solid analytical and problem-solving skills. Basic familiarity with version control systems like Git or TFS. Preferred Skills (Nice to Have): Exposure to ASP.NET or other .NET technologies. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Familiarity with tools like SSRS or Power BI is a plus.
