Job Description

Job Title: Van Salesman To promote and sell company products directly to customers through van sales, ensuring effective distribution, sales growth, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Drive sales van to assigned routes/territories daily. Load, unload, and display products in the van as per company standards. Visit retail shops, wholesalers, and customers to promote and sell products. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Collect payments (cash/UPI/cheque) from customers and maintain proper records. Ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO – First In, First Out). Maintain van cleanliness and product safety during transit. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Prepare daily sales reports, stock reconciliation, and cash deposit reports. Report competitor activities, market feedback, and customer requirements. Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 10th/12th pass (Graduation preferred). Valid driving license for commercial vehicle (if driving required). 1–3 years of experience in sales/distribution (FMCG preferred). Good communication and negotiation skills. Basic knowledge of billing, inventory, and mobile apps for sales entry. Ability to work independently and meet targets. Key Competencies: Customer service orientation Sales & persuasion skills Accountability & honesty in handling cash/stock Time management Knowledge of local routes/markets
