Valuation Consultant

Job Title: Business Valuation Consultant (8–10 Years Experience)

Location: Mumbai | Mid-Cap Quick-Commerce Client | Evron (Consulting Mandate)

Evron is supporting a fast-growing mid-cap quick-commerce company in Mumbai and we are hiring an experienced Senior Valuation Analyst to lead a full valuation exercise end-to-end.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for delivering a defensible, investor-ready valuation using DCF, comparables, transaction multiples, and market-driven modelling. The work includes deep financial analysis, data validation, business modelling, and producing a concise valuation report for management and investors.

What You’ll Do

• Lead full valuation process for a mid-cap quick-commerce business
• Build detailed financial models (DCF, comps, sensitivity analysis)
• Analyse operational + financial data to assess drivers of value
• Prepare a clear valuation report and management presentation
• Work closely with Evron's consulting team and client leadership

Requirements

• 8–10+ years of valuation/financial modelling experience
• Strong exposure to transaction advisory, corporate finance, or investment banking
• Expertise in DCF, comps, market benchmarking
• Experience with retail/quick-commerce/e-commerce preferred
• Strong communication and reporting skills

Engagement

Contract/consulting role via Evron Capital, immediate start.
