Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Perform quarterly and ad-hoc valuation analysis for real estate assets across private equity portfolios.
Build and maintain detailed financial models including discounted cash flows (DCF), comparable transactions, and market-based valuation approaches.
Analyze asset-level and portfolio-level performance to support valuation conclusions.
Coordinate with investment, asset management, finance, and external valuation firms to gather and validate key inputs.
Draft valuation memos and support documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
Track market trends, transaction comps, cap rates, and other valuation benchmarks across core, core-plus, and opportunistic strategies.
Ensure valuation practices comply with regulatory standards and internal controls.
Support audit and investor reporting processes as required.
