Vacancy For Sales Coordinator Located In Nariman point. -Mumbai.

we are Manufacturing of Speciality Chemical Fertilizers since Indias largest manufacturer of Potassium Permanganate we operate from three manufacturing locations and have expanded into various other industrial and specialty chemicals and trading of excellent products. For decades our chemicals have individuals with quality products and innovations.

Responsibilities:

Coordinating with sales team and providing administrative assistance.
Handling the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeline.
Responding to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
Responsible for Pre (after receiving purchase order) and Post customer service. • Maintaining

Inventory records.
Collections, payment follow up and all other sales support activates to be taken .
Coordinating with key customer.
Making Purchase order and follow up with vendor.
Preparing officials documents (GST Invoice, Delivery challan, E-way Bill & contracts).
Monitoring Admin profile and responsible for all IT work.
