UX Researcher

In the role of a UX Researcher, you will play a vital role in understanding the needs, behaviors, and pain points of users to drive insights that influence design and development decisions. Collaborating with product managers, designers, and engineers is essential to ensure that solutions are data-informed and user-centered. Your research will be instrumental in shaping product strategies, user interface designs, and improving user experiences across digital platforms. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct User Research: Plan, conduct, and analyze qualitative and quantitative user research methods such as user interviews, usability testing, surveys, A/B testing, and ethnographic research to gather valuable insights. - Analyze Data: Synthesize research findings into actionable insights and effectively present them to stakeholders across the organization. - Collaborate Cross-functionally: Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and engineers to integrate research insights into product and design decisions. - Develop Personas & Journey Maps: Create user personas, journey maps, and other deliverables to communicate user insights and guide the design process. - Advocate for the User: Represent the voice of the user throughout the product development cycle, ensuring their needs, goals, and frustrations are acknowledged. - Measure Usability: Conduct usability testing to evaluate design solutions" effectiveness and efficiency, identifying areas for enhancement. - Stay Current: Stay updated on the latest UX research methodologies, trends, and tools to ensure the team remains at the forefront of user experience practices. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's Degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Anthropology, Design, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). - Proven experience (typically 5+ years) as a UX Researcher, User Researcher, or similar role. - Strong knowledge of research methodologies, including user interviews, surveys, usability testing, card sorting, and more. - Experience collaborating with design and development teams in an Agile environment. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive meaningful insights from research data. - Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of clearly conveying research findings to stakeholders at all levels. - Proficiency with research tools and platforms (e.g., UserTesting, Optimal Workshop, Maze, Dovetail, etc.). - Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) would be advantageous.,
