UX Designer
Requirements: 3-5 years of relevant experience
Strong skills in both quantitative and qualitative user research methods. Proficiency with tools such as Figma, or basic AI-driven tools ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar AI-enhanced design tools. A strong online portfolio showcasing design process, UX/Product artifacts, and Design Thinking methodologies. Strong business-level communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly present and confidently defend design decisions to diverse stakeholders.
Work under minimal supervision to create personas, user profiles, and usage scenarios based on primary and secondary research. Conduct a variety of usability evaluations: heuristic reviews, card sorting, competitive analysis, cognitive walkthroughs, field studies, focus groups, and usability tests. Design and iterate on user interface structures, wireframes, and prototypes using tools like Figma. Collaborate with visual designers to ensure cohesive and accessible design solutions. Stay up to date and gain deeper proficiency in AI-enhanced UX design, personalized digital experiences, advanced cursor interactions, and data visualization techniques.
