About The Role

We are looking for a UX Designer to join our product and development teams in building our platform for enterprise clients. Our UX designer will be collaborating with a passionate team of individuals spread across the globe to define and deliver a compelling roadmap and goals based on team needs, customer needs, and strategic opportunities for our enterprise platform.In addition to being a strategic partner, you love to execute the creation of great user experiences: mapping seamless flows, contributing components to our design system, and geeking out on UI details or interaction patternsYou’re hands-on and excited to roll up your sleeves and get things done as part of a dynamic team. You will work closely with product and engineering throughout the design process—from creating user flows and wireframes to building user interface mockups and prototypes.

Responsibilities

Will be a hands-on UX / product designer that is proficient in user research techniques, interaction design, visual design and usability testingExcellent product design skills with solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows and process flowsCommunicate complex interaction concepts clearly and persuasively, across different audiencesBuild and maintain style guides, and support teams during the development cycleBe a key player on a small but mighty team making a huge impactComfortable with ambiguity, believe in first principles and have the skill to transform broad ideas into action plans

Key Skills Required

3-5 years of proficient design experienceProficiency in design-related software (e.g. Figma, Sketch, InVision, Adobe suite, etc)Knowledge of technology behind web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.) is a plusHas the ability to design complex enterprise product flows in collaboration with product and engineering teamsExperience with Enterprise and/or B2B products is a plusHigh levels of organization and ability to work independentlyStartup experience is a plus
