Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a UX Designer specializing in Data & Product Experiences. The UX Designer will be responsible for utilizing design thinking methodologies, conducting user research, and creating visual design elements. The UX Designer will also focus on developing and testing prototypes to ensure a seamless user experience. Collaborative work with data and product teams to enhance user interaction will be a key part of the day-to-day tasks associated with this role.

Key Responsibilities

Dashboard & Insights UX:

• Design user-centered dashboards that simplify complex data into actionable insights.
• Work with product managers, data teams, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into compelling designs.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and interaction flows for data-heavy applications.

Digital Product UX:

• Create end-to-end UX flows for digital products, ensuring seamless navigation and usability.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure design feasibility and fidelity.
• Conduct usability testing and refine designs based on feedback.

Organizational Communication & Presentations:

• Design engaging and visually consistent templates, infographics, and presentation decks for internal and external audiences.
• Support leadership with storytelling through design in high-stakes presentations.

Collaboration & Process:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams including product, analytics, marketing, and engineering.
• Champion a user-centered design process and promote design best practices within the organization.
• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and emerging UX patterns.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication and storytelling ability.

• Detail-oriented with a balance of creativity and practicality.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Design Thinking and User Research
• Strong skills in Visual Design and User Experience (UX)
• Experience with Prototyping tools and methodologies
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Relevant experience or background in data and product design
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field

Experience:

2–5 years of professional UX design experience (experience with dashboards or enterprise products preferred).
