About the Role:

Responsibilities:

Own and lead the UX research function, defining research strategy and roadmap.
Conduct foundational, generative, and evaluative research through interviews, usability testing, surveys, and data analysis.
Synthesize qualitative and quantitative research findings into clear, actionable insights.
Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate user feedback throughout the product development lifecycle.
Champion a user-centered culture by evangelizing research findings and advocating for user needs in all strategic decisions.
Build and refine UX research operations and infrastructure as the company scales.

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in UX research or related field, preferably in fast-paced or startup environments.
Strong expertise in user research methodologies and tools such as Figma, Maze, Lookback, Optimal Workshop, Dovetail, or equivalent.
Demonstrated ability to influence product and design decisions based on user insights.
Excellent communication, storytelling, and collaboration skills.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, Design, or related field.
