Job Description

Founding LLM Engineer Location: Remote About the Role: We are seeking an entrepreneurial and visionary Founding LLM Engineer to pioneer our large language model initiatives. You will have autonomy in identifying and building the right products, selecting optimal LLM architectures, and driving technical decisions from concept to launch. Responsibilities: Evaluate business needs and define innovative use-cases for large language models. Research, select, and implement the most suitable LLM architectures (e.g., GPT, LLaMA, Claude). Prototype, test, and deploy AI-driven solutions and iterate based on feedback. Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and data teams to integrate LLM capabilities effectively. Stay current with cutting-edge research and advancements in NLP and generative AI. Qualifications: Strong experience with large language models (LLMs), including fine-tuning, prompting strategies, and deployment. Proficient in Python and familiar with frameworks like Hugging Face, OpenAI APIs, and LangChain. Demonstrated ability to rapidly prototype and validate AI-driven concepts. Excellent problem-solving skills and capacity to make strategic technical choices independently. Prior startup experience or entrepreneurial mindset highly desirable.
