🎨 Job Title: UI/UX Designer (4+ Years Experience) 📍 Location : Noida (On-Site) 🕒 Job Type : Full-Time 🗓️ Experience : Minimum 4 years 💼 Industry : IT / Software / Digital Design About the Role: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team in Noida . You will play a critical role in shaping the user experience and visual design of our web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of design principles, user psychology, and is proficient in modern design tools and frameworks. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define user needs and design intuitive experiences. Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity UI designs for web and mobile platforms. Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to continuously improve UX. Ensure a consistent brand experience and visual design across all platforms. Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs. Stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies. Requirements: 4+ years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role. Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, Photoshop, Illustrator . Strong understanding of user-centered design principles , responsive design , and mobile-first development. Experience with prototyping tools and interactive design . Familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus. Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. Portfolio demonstrating past work experience and deliverables (wireframes, prototypes, user flows, etc.). Good to Have: Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments. Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices. Understanding of basic front-end development for better collaboration. Show more Show less
