Job Title : User Experience Designer Exp Range : 8 to 12 years Location : Bangalore, Pune, Chennai, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Noida, kolkata Notice Period : Immediate to 30 days Interview Mode : 1 virtual; 1 face-to-face Job Description- Mandatory skills: Total Exp-8+ yrs, Stakeholder management-4 yrs, Figma Expert-3yrs, Design System-3yrs, Financial Domain -1 yr, UX Experience-4 yrs Key Responsibilities: Lead and contribute across the end-to-end product design lifecycle , including user research, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, and usability testing. Translate complex requirements into intuitive, user-centered experiences aligned with business goals. Act as a Figma expert and Design System Specialist , driving consistent and scalable design across products. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure design alignment and delivery. Conduct and participate in design reviews, stakeholder meetings, and feedback sessions to iterate and improve design solutions. Facilitate and lead team and client design workshops to uncover insights, define problems, and ideate solutions. Manage, mentor, and guide junior UX and Visual Designers, helping them grow and deliver high-quality work. Contribute to research planning and execution, generate design concepts, and assess user needs using both qualitative and quantitative insights. Ensure design output maintains a high bar of excellence, usability, and accessibility. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven UX design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work. Proficiency in Figma and experience working with and contributing to design systems . Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to lead collaborative workshops and communicate design rationale effectively. Experience mentoring designers or leading small design teams is a plus. Prior experience in the financial services domain is preferred. Requirement 2- Title: UX DESIGNER Experience: 5-12 Years. Work mode: Hybrid Notice: Immediate to 30 days max Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled UX Designer with strong experience in user experience design, design systems, and prototyping tools, particularly Figma. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong stakeholder management abilities, and a background in the financial domain (preferred). Key Responsibilities: Translate complex concepts into wireframes and mockups that result in intuitive and user-friendly digital experiences. Facilitate the client’s product vision by conducting user research and creating wireframes, sketches, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups. Design and deliver user journeys, user stories, and wireframes optimized for various devices and platforms. Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless and effective UX implementations. Build and maintain scalable design systems to ensure consistency across products. Create interactive, high-fidelity prototypes using Figma to support user testing and stakeholder presentations.
